These terms comply with the French Code de la consommation, RGPD (CNIL regulation) and French commercial law. If you disagree with any clause, you must not use our website or place orders. These terms apply to all visitors, account holders and customers in France or the EU.

2. Online Store Eligibility

3. Product Information
We take reasonable efforts to display descriptions, sizes, colours, stock and pricing (EUR TTC, all taxes included) accurately. We do not guarantee zero errors at all times. Minor colour differences caused by device screens are not grounds for non-conformity claims, and your statutory consumer rights under French law remain unaffected.

4. Product Availability
Stock levels may change without advance notice. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, discontinue items or update listings anytime. If your ordered product runs out after payment, we will email you options including order adjustment, replacement, cancellation or full refund.

5. Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR), All Taxes Included (TTC) with French TVA integrated. Prices may be modified without prior notice. Final checkout amount includes product value, delivery fees, discounts and applicable TVA based on your delivery postal code.
If obvious pricing, technical or listing errors exist, we may correct the issue and cancel/adjust the relevant order before dispatch in compliance with French commercial law.

6. Orders and Binding Contract
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email which only confirms receipt of your request. A legally binding sales contract between you and Kaelnox is formed only after we dispatch your goods.
We review all orders for payment authorisation, address validity, stock and anti-fraud checks, and may cancel orders if:
- Payment cannot be authorised
- Billing or delivery address / postal code is incomplete or wrong
- Anti-fraud tools flag suspicious transactions
- Product is permanently out of stock
- Pricing or technical listing error exists
- The order violates French law or our store policies
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund all payments to your original method, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.

7. Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal at checkout. All payments must be fully authorised before we begin order picking, packing or dispatch. 8. Shipping and Delivery
All orders follow our independent Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimated working days (Monday-Friday, exclude weekends and French public holidays). Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, customs, wrong postal codes or high order volume out of our control. Tracking information will be sent by email after dispatch.
You are fully responsible for submitting accurate delivery address and valid French postal code at checkout. We take no liability for delayed, lost or returned parcels caused by incorrect address information you provide.

9. Returns and Refunds
All return rules comply with French Code de la consommation and EU distance selling regulations, fully detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. You hold a statutory 14-day withdrawal period, plus our voluntary 30-day goodwill return window. Returnable items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by valid order proof.

10. Customer Accounts
If you register an account, you are responsible for login confidentiality and all actions made under your account. You must submit true, complete personal information including French address and postal code. Contact hello@Kaelnox.shop immediately if you detect unauthorised account access.

11. Personal Information and RGPD
All collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by our CNIL-compliant Privacy Policy, which explains data processing purposes, third-party sharing and your full RGPD rights. Please review this policy before purchasing.

12. Intellectual Property
All website texts, images, logos, designs, layout and icons belong to or are exclusively licensed to Kaelnox under French copyright law. You guarantee all submitted material contains no illegal, abusive, misleading or third-party infringing content.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties
We aim to maintain stable website access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free 24/7 operation. Products and services are supplied on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms can remove or limit your mandatory statutory consumer rights under French law. 18. Limitation of Liability
This clause does not exclude liability for death, bodily injury or fraud caused by our negligence, which is prohibited by French consumer law. Subject to this exception, Kaelnox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website or product use. Our total maximum liability for any single order dispute cannot exceed the full amount you paid for that product. No clause overrides your statutory French consumer protection rights.

19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Kaelnox, our couriers, platform partners and affiliates against all claims, damages, losses, legal fees and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, website misuse or violation of French/EU law. This clause does not apply to customer claims caused directly by our own negligence.

20. Severability
If any single clause is ruled unlawful, invalid or unenforceable under French law, only that clause will be voided; all remaining provisions remain fully binding. Any unfair contract term shall not be enforceable against private consumers under the Code de la consommation.

21. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by either party. We may suspend or permanently block your website access if we detect fraud, repeated policy violations or unlawful behaviour.

22. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and all purchase disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of France. Consumers may file lawsuits at the civil court of their residential département. Prior to litigation, you may submit complaints to approved French ADR alternative dispute resolution services free of charge.

23. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these General Sales Terms to match updated French commercial or consumer legislation. Revised versions will be published with a new Last Updated date. Continued website browsing after publication constitutes full acceptance of updated terms.
